About the Role
We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs designed for those who want a career built to last. This role offers higher starting pay based on experience, reliable home time, and the kind of support that only comes from decades of success. Drivers will operate late-model Peterbilt and Kenworth equipment (averaging just 1.9 years old) on top-tier miles, with an average length of haul of 1,100 miles to minimize downtime.
Beyond the road, you will join a family atmosphere with an open-door policy. Our driver facilities feature free Wi-Fi, theater-style seating, an exercise room, and a video game room. We also offer unique lifestyle benefits, including a partnership with Home Creations to help drivers own their own homes, and flexible rider and pet policies with no dog breed restrictions.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A and a minimum of 6 months of experience. The onboarding process includes paid orientation and paid practical route miles to ensure you are set up for success from day one.
