About the Role
We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs designed for those who want a career built to last. This role offers higher starting pay based on experience, reliable home time, and the kind of support that only comes from decades of success. You will drive top-tier, late-model equipment (average age 1.9 years) including Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks equipped with APUs and Samsara communication systems.
As a Freymiller driver, you will enjoy top miles with an average length of haul of 1,100 miles, ensuring less downtime and more earning potential. The role is supported by a family atmosphere with an open-door policy, offering access to driver facilities featuring free Wi-Fi, a theater-style seating area, an exercise room, and a video game room. We also offer flexible policies for riders and pets, including no breed restrictions for dogs.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A license and a minimum of 6 months of experience. The onboarding process includes paid orientation and paid practical route miles to ensure you are set up for success from day one.
