About the Role
We are hiring Regional Reefer Drivers with a focus on productivity rather than seniority. At Decker, your hard work and availability—not your tenure—determine your success. This role offers motivated drivers the opportunity to maximize miles and earnings with late-model tractors and 53ft trailers.
You will enjoy 100% no-touch freight and a schedule that typically keeps you out for 11 days and home for 3 days. While weekends are not guaranteed, the position is designed for those ready to be productive and hit their goals.

We ensure that drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed. Our fleet features modern cab amenities including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.
