About the Role
We are hiring Regional Reefer Drivers with a mission to prioritize productivity over seniority. At Decker, your hard work and availability—not your tenure—determine your success. This role is designed for motivated drivers ready to maximize their miles and earnings. If you are ready to be productive, we will keep you moving and help you hit your goals.
You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers handling 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop and hook. The position offers a schedule of 11 days out and 3 days home (weekends not guaranteed), allowing you to maximize earnings while maintaining a connection to home.
Support and Culture
We provide 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support. Drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed. Our equipment is equipped with premium cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.
