About the Role
We are hiring Regional Reefer Drivers with a clear mission: prioritize productivity, not seniority. At Decker, your hard work and availability—not your tenure—determine your success. This role is designed for motivated drivers ready to maximize their miles and earnings.\n You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers handling 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop and hook. The position offers a schedule of 11 days out and 3 days home, with the goal of helping you be home weekly. Drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site, backed by 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support.
