About the Role

We are hiring Regional Reefer Drivers with a clear mission: prioritize productivity, not seniority. At Decker, your hard work and availability—not your tenure—determine your success. This role is designed for motivated drivers ready to maximize their miles and earnings.\n You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers carrying 100% no-touch freight. The schedule typically involves being out for 11 days and returning home for 3 days, though weekends are not guaranteed. Drivers benefit from a 30% drop-and-hook operation and top-of-the-line equipment featuring cab amenities such as an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.

Decker offers 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support. Drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed. We also maintain a pet and rider policy to support your lifestyle on the road.
