About the Role

This position is designed for motivated drivers who want a career where hard work and availability—not tenure—determine success. As a Regional Reefer Driver, you will maximize your miles and earnings with a focus on productivity. The role offers a unique schedule of being out for 11 days and home for 3 days, with 100% no-touch freight and 30% drop-and-hook opportunities.

Drivers benefit from 24/7 Operations and Maintenance Support, with the ability to sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site whenever needed. The fleet features late-model tractors and 53ft trailers equipped with extensive cab amenities, including APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.
