About the Role
We are seeking Regional CDL Class A Truck Drivers to join our team for direct store deliveries, shuttle operations, and backhauls. This position offers a unique opportunity for drivers who value consistency and work-life balance, featuring a daily schedule that starts between 10 A.M. and 6 P.M. with home daily availability Monday through Friday.
Compensation Structure
Drivers are compensated through a competitive pay model combining cents per mile (CPM) and per-stop rates. The standard rate is $0.66 CPM, supplemented by $75 per stop for direct store deliveries, and $25 per stop for both shuttle and backhaul operations. This structure is designed to reward efficiency and volume while maintaining a predictable weekly average.
