About the Role
We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our fleet out of our Obetz, OH yard, with a strategic vision to expand into a future terminal in the same location. As a Company Driver, you will operate company-owned, well-maintained 2020+ sleeper trucks. We provide the truck at no cost to you, allowing you to focus on the road.
This is a non-dedicated position where work is assigned based on customer needs, servicing 47 states. While we generally avoid California and the Northwest states during winter months, our dispatch team is force-based yet flexible. We are actively working to build dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company, and we strive to accommodate your home time and schedule needs as long as you remain super organized and communicative.
Day in the Life
You can expect to be out for approximately two weeks at a time. The role involves drop-hook operations with no-touch freight. We offer fair compensation through low mileage rates and a $200 daily stipend for any breakdowns or maintenance occurring on the road. Additionally, drivers receive $25 per hour in detention pay after the first two hours at a facility. If you have secure parking, you may take the equipment home.

As a unique perk, we allow pet passengers. If you are required to work on an observed holiday, you will receive an additional $50 on top of your regular revenue.
Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must meet the following criteria: a valid CDL A license with at least 3 years of experience, be between 25 and 75 years of age, and have a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with less than one moving violation in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no Drug Testing (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the last 15 years.
