About the Role
We are hiring Over-The-Road (OTR) Reefer Drivers to join a team where consistent freight and strong support keep you on the road and on track to hit your goals. At Decker, you are more than just a driver; you are part of a family. The role focuses on 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop and hook opportunities, allowing you to maximize your time on the road.
You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers equipped with premium cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and a CB radio. Our support system is robust, featuring 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support. Drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site whenever needed.
