The Day-to-Day
As an OTR CDL A Refrigerated Driver, you will operate a 2023 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators. Your day involves safely transporting refrigerated freight across regional and national lanes, monitoring reefer temperatures to maintain product quality, and managing all necessary documentation, including logs and bills of lading. You will communicate professionally with dispatch and customers, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and handle freight securement as needed. Whether navigating all weather conditions or managing extended deliveries, you will be part of a team that values reliability and accountability.
Hiring Process

Requirements
- verified12 months of CDL-A experience
- verifiedMust be at least 21 years of age
- verifiedNo major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years
- verifiedNo DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years
- verifiedMust be able to pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen
