About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Driver, you will join a team dedicated to consistent freight and strong support to help you hit your goals. This role focuses on maximizing your earning potential while maintaining a high standard of safety and service. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers equipped with premium cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.
The position offers a unique work-life balance with trips lasting 2-3 weeks at a time. You will handle 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop-and-hook opportunities, ensuring a smooth and efficient driving experience. Drivers benefit from 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, with the ability to sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site whenever needed.
