About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Driver, you will join a team where you are more than just a driver—you are part of a family. This role is designed for experienced professionals who want to build a career with top-of-the-line equipment and a focus on safety. You will haul 100% no-touch freight, with 30% drop and hook opportunities, allowing you to maximize your time on the road.
Our late-model tractors and 53ft trailers are equipped with premium cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and a CB radio. We offer flexible scheduling with drivers typically out for 2-3 weeks at a time. When needed, drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support, backed by our 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support team.
