About the Role
Join a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life. As an OTR CDL A Refrigerated Driver, you will run over-the-road refrigerated freight with a driver-first company dedicated to delivering consistent pay, premium equipment, and real support.
The Experience
You will drive 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworths equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators, ensuring premium equipment is always at your disposal. The role involves safely transporting temperature-controlled freight across regional and national lanes, requiring you to monitor reefer temperatures meticulously to maintain product quality. You will communicate professionally with dispatch and customers while navigating all weather, traffic, and terrain conditions.
Compensation & Culture
We offer a $1,400 weekly guarantee with the potential to easily out-earn it through 62 CPM practical miles. Our culture prioritizes your earnings with immediate detention pay ($25/hr), extended delivery pay, layover pay, and breakdown pay. You will also receive an $80/day per diem, a $750 quarterly safety and performance bonus, and paid orientation time. To support your well-being, we provide 8 paid holidays (including your birthday), 56 hours of paid vacation after 80 hours, and a free health and wellness clinic.
Application Instructions
To join our family, you must have a CDL-A with at least 12 months of experience, be at least 21 years old, and pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen. We require no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years and no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years. We arrange and pay to get you to orientation, ensuring a smooth start to your journey with us.
