About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Driver, you will join a team that values your contribution to our mission of safe and efficient transport. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers, handling 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop and hook. The role is designed for drivers who want to build a career where top-of-the-line equipment and a focus on safety and support are standard.
Drivers can expect to be out 2-3 weeks at a time. The position offers a modern driving experience with cab amenities including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio. We provide 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, ensuring drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed.
