About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Driver, you will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers equipped with premium cab amenities including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio. You will handle 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop and hook, allowing you to focus on driving rather than loading or unloading.
You will be part of a supportive environment where 24/7 Operations & Maintenance support is always available. Drivers can sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site whenever needed. This role is designed for those who want to build a career where safety and support are paramount.
