About the Role
As an OTR CDL A Refrigerated Driver, you will run over-the-road refrigerated freight for a company that values your longevity and success. This role exists to ensure the safe and efficient transport of temperature-controlled goods across regional and national lanes. You will be the face of our brand, communicating professionally with dispatch, customers, and company personnel while maintaining the highest standards of safety and product quality.
The Experience
You will operate 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworths equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators, ensuring a comfortable and modern driving environment. With free SiriusXM in every truck and a commitment to avoiding unnecessary delays like HHG or Rand McNally, your focus remains on the road and your earnings. We offer a supportive culture where your safety and performance are recognized through quarterly bonuses and immediate detention pay on all loads.
Hiring Process
