About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Driver, you will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers handling 100% no-touch freight. This role is designed for drivers who want to build a career where top-of-the-line equipment and a focus on safety and support keep you on the road. You will typically be out for 2-3 weeks at a time, with 30% of your loads involving drop and hook operations.
Drivers benefit from 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, ensuring that face-to-face assistance with local leadership and on-site shop support is always available when needed. The cab amenities include an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and a CB radio.
