About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Driver, you will join a team where consistent freight and strong support keep you on the road and on track to hit your goals. This role is designed for drivers who want to earn top pay in an environment that values their output. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers, handling 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop and hook opportunities.
You will be out for 2-3 weeks at a time, enjoying a modern cab equipped with amenities including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and a CB radio. Our 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support ensures you are never alone on the road; drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed.
