About the Role
We are actively seeking experienced Class A CDL Flatbed Drivers to join our fleet. This role offers the opportunity to drive 2024 or newer equipment equipped with modern amenities including inverters, APUs with automatic transmissions, and built-in refrigerators.
The position is designed for drivers who value consistency and reliability. You will be paid for all miles driven, both empty and loaded, ensuring that your time on the road translates directly into earnings. Compensation Philosophy
Royal Trucking has updated its compensation program to provide steady, predictable income while rewarding tenure and experience. Drivers can choose the pay structure that best aligns with their financial goals:
- Mileage Pay (CPM): Ideal for those who prefer consistency and less fluctuation. Rates increase with tenure, ranging from $0.50 CPM for new drivers up to $0.61 CPM for those with over two years of experience.
- Percentage Pay: Best for drivers who want to maximize earnings during high-revenue freight cycles. This model allows drivers to earn a percentage of load revenue (ranging from 25% to 28% based on experience) and includes available per diem options.
Both structures are designed to remain competitive within the flatbed sector, with operational efficiency playing a key role in overall earnings.
