About the Role
We are actively seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our flatbed team. This role is designed for drivers who value consistent loads and excellent pay structures. You will operate 2024 or newer equipment equipped with modern features such as inverters, APUs with automatic transmissions, and built-in refrigerators.
Drivers have the flexibility to choose the compensation model that best suits their financial goals and work style. You can opt for a steady cents-per-mile (CPM) structure that rewards tenure with predictable income, or a percentage-based model that allows you to maximize earnings during high-revenue freight cycles. Regardless of the structure chosen, drivers are paid for all miles, both empty and loaded.
