About the Role
We are actively seeking experienced Class A CDL Flatbed Drivers to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to drive 2024 or newer equipment equipped with modern amenities, including inverters, APUs with automatic transmissions, and built-in refrigerators.
Drivers will have the flexibility to choose the compensation model that best aligns with their financial goals and work style. You can opt for a steady, predictable income based on a tenure-increasing cents-per-mile (CPM) structure, or choose a percentage-based pay model that allows you to maximize earnings during high-revenue freight cycles. Regardless of the structure chosen, drivers are paid for all miles, both empty and loaded, and per diem options are available.
