About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers to join our team across the western region of America. This role offers a variety of route options, including regional, local, dedicated, and over-the-road (OTR) positions. Drivers will operate from terminals in Spokane, WA; Fresno, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Ennis, TX; Denver, CO; Mead, CO; and Kansas City, MO.

As a flatbed driver, you will be responsible for transporting diverse cargo types. A key aspect of this role involves tarping approximately 70% of loads, which requires the physical ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. System Transport is committed to your safety and comfort by providing the newest flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge technologies, including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. All tractors are meticulously maintained to ensure they are 100% ready for the road.

Driver Support & Culture

We understand that changing jobs is never easy, which is why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package to invest in your success. This includes $1,000 allotted for orientation during your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest. Drivers also have access to an award-winning Driver Portal app, created by drivers for drivers, offering 24/7 support, real-time updates, pay access, and trip data.

Our culture values safety above all else. We provide 24/7/365 road service staff and shops to ensure that if a truck needs repairs, it does not leave the shop until it is safe for you to drive. Additionally, System Transport allows riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving, though pets are not permitted on our fleet.
