About the Role
We are hiring OTR Flatbed Drivers for a position featuring 100% no-touch freight. This role is designed for experienced drivers or motivated individuals ready to learn, provided they have at least six months of recent tractor-trailer experience. You will be responsible for tarping and securing freight while operating late-model tractors and 53ft trailers equipped with premium cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.
As a Decker driver, you will be out for 2-3 weeks at a time, earning top pay with weekly paychecks and monthly bonus opportunities. The role offers a clear path for growth with an annual CPM increase and a supportive environment where drivers can sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site whenever needed. Our 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support ensures you are never alone on the road.
