About the Role

We are hiring OTR Flatbed Drivers who are either experienced or ready to learn. This role is designed for those seeking a career where they can grow their skills, earn top pay, and still be home on weekends. Whether you are already experienced in flatbed operations or looking to expand your driving career, you will join a carrier that prioritizes your success.

You will be responsible for hauling 100% no-touch freight, which includes tarping and securing loads. The position offers a schedule of being out 2-3 weeks at a time. Drivers will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers equipped with premium cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.

At Decker, you have access to 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support. Drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site whenever needed.

Hiring Process
