About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
Solo OTR Drivers
Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average solo driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,750 weekly. We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus and performance bonuses to reward your dedication.
Team Drivers
For those looking to maximize their weekly mileage, our Team Drivers average 5,000 miles per week with a starting pay split of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus to be split between partners. Don't have a team partner? We can help you find the right match through our Team Match program, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. Ask about our sponsorship program for new team members.
Equipment and Support
Our fleet features newer equipment averaging 18 months old. We provide convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support to ensure you are never stranded. Drivers also benefit from paid orientation and a tuition reimbursement program.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must have a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The selection process includes a review of your driving record, a DOT physical, and a drug test. Specific eligibility criteria regarding accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI history apply. Bonus payouts are subject to qualifications; please contact a recruiter for details.
