About the Role

We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering opportunities for both solo and team operations. Our mission is to provide consistent, high-mileage routes that allow drivers to maximize their earnings while maintaining a predictable lifestyle.

Solo OTR drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week on a consistent schedule of 12 days out and 2 days at home. Top performers in our solo fleet earn over $1,525 weekly, with an average annual income of $78,000. For those looking to drive with a partner, our Team Drivers program offers a split starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM and an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not currently have a team partner, we offer a Team Match program to help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend along. We also offer sponsorship programs to assist new teams.

Our fleet features newer equipment averaging 18 months old, ensuring reliability on the road. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The application process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Candidates must meet specific safety standards, including no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, drivers must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and no DUI/DWI offenses within the past 5 to 10 years, depending on CDL status. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.

Successful applicants will receive paid orientation and may be eligible for sign-on bonuses: $2,000 for solo drivers and up to $5,000 (split) for team drivers, subject to qualification details discussed with a recruiter.
