About the Role
Join our dedicated team as a CDL-A Truck Driver, where you can expect to average over $1,900 per week, with top earners reaching $2,200. This position offers a unique opportunity for drivers who value consistency and home time, featuring a dedicated route that allows you to be home weekly. You will handle 100% touch freight, ensuring a hands-on driving experience, while benefiting from additional compensation for unloads, stops, and backhauls.
Our fleet consists of newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, ensuring reliability and comfort on the road. We provide convenient home-base terminals to keep you close to your support network. Drivers are supported by a 24/7 driver support team ready to assist with any challenges that arise during your shifts.
Hiring Process
We offer a paid orientation program to ensure you are fully prepared before hitting the road. Upon successful completion and hiring, you will receive your orientation pay. Bonus payouts, including our $2,000 sign-on bonus, are subject to specific qualifications; please contact a recruiter for detailed eligibility requirements.

Requirements

- verified3 months of verifiable experience
- verifiedNo more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years
- verifiedNo major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- verifiedNo more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- verifiedNo DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedPass a DOT physical and drug test
- verifiedNo drug related conviction within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedNo positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
- verifiedSAP drivers are not eligible for hire
