About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer division. This role offers the opportunity to drive on great miles with a specific focus on routes that exclude the East Coast and New York City. Drivers will operate new tractors and trailers, ensuring a comfortable and modern driving experience. The position is designed for those who value flexibility, offering flexible home time options.
Compensation and Perks
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, features a starting rate of 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. Drivers also receive a $80 per diem, paid orientation, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy fully paid by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match. Our trucks are pet and passenger friendly.
