About the Role

Join our Cardiovascular department at Elmbrook Memorial Hospital in Brookfield, WI, as a full-time Day Shift associate. In this role, you will be an integral part of the medical team, performing active physiological monitoring of heart rate, rhythm, pressures, and saturations. You will anticipate changes during cases that indicate necessary information, such as catheter position, and accurately identify and communicate patient condition changes to the physician and team.

Your day will involve routinely performing patient testing and monitoring, including oxygen saturation, cardiac output, shunting, and hemodynamic calculations. You will adapt to the dynamic needs of physicians and cases, assist with room setup, patient transport, and post-procedure clean-up, while ensuring strict adherence to infection control and sharp safety procedures.
