About the Role
This position is responsible for the supervision, training, and management of the food service operation. You will ensure that appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served while maintaining a sanitary department that follows all health and safety codes and regulations. The role involves directing daily activities, producing work schedules, and maintaining accurate inventory. You will supervise and evaluate employees, counseling them to promote growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
