About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a multi-unit operation that includes full-service restaurants, luxurious lounges, and food retail spaces, all set within the vibrant backdrop of a world-renowned destination.
As the Catering Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events hosted at the venue. Serving as a lead planner, you will manage complex, high-profile events while acting as a key liaison between clients, internal departments, and external vendors. You will support team development, ensure operational excellence, and uphold the venue's service and brand standards. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage all phases of event planning from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up
- check_circleLead planning for large-scale, high-revenue, and complex events
- check_circleDevelop detailed event timelines, floor plans, BEOs, Run of Shows and Catering Proposals
- check_circleConduct client site visits, planning meetings, and final walk-throughs
- check_circleOversee on-site event execution to ensure flawless delivery and guest satisfaction
- check_circleServe as primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong relationships
- check_circleCoordinate with vendors including catering, multimedia, décor, rentals, and entertainment
- check_circleAct as a mentor and resource for junior planners and coordinators
- check_circleAssist with training, onboarding, and best-practice development
Requirements
- verified5+ years of event planning experience
- verifiedProficiency in event management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
