About the Role
The Catering Manager serves as the strategic engine for our catering channel, responsible for driving incremental revenue growth while delivering guest experiences that reinforce the PopUp Bagels brand. This role is a unique blend of sales development, relationship management, operational coordination, and event execution.
You will own the full catering lifecycle, from lead generation and client acquisition through execution, follow-up, and repeat business development. Your day will involve actively identifying new business opportunities, conducting face-to-face meetings and tastings, and maintaining deep relationships with existing clients. You will coordinate logistics across multiple stakeholders, oversee order management, and ensure operational excellence and profitability. This position requires a self-starter who can work independently in a hybrid environment while traveling up to 50-60% of the time to client meetings, prospecting visits, and onsite events.
