About the Role

Panera Bread cafes are upscale, friendly environments known for our artisan breads, quality soups, salads, and sandwiches. We pride ourselves on a grease and alcohol-free environment with no fryers and no late nights. As a Catering Lead, you will be part of something special, connecting with amazing customers and serving local communities across the country.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in catering and sales while preparing for a potential career path within Panera. You will process, prepare, and deliver orders, organize teams for large catering events, and manage existing accounts to ensure ongoing repeat business. Working closely with café teams and the Regional Catering Sales Manager, you will create targeted game plans to increase sales through strategic planning, cold calling, and effective closing techniques. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience, following up promptly on all requests, and maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and food quality that define our brand.
