About the Role

Our Panera Bread cafes are upscale, friendly environments featuring artisan baked breads, made-to-order soups, salads, and specialty espresso beverages. We pride ourselves on a grease and alcohol-free environment with a "No Fryers and No Late Nights" policy, making us a great place for morning-focused professionals.

As a Catering Lead, you will be part of something special, connecting with amazing customers and serving local communities across the country. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in catering and sales while preparing for a potential career path within Panera. You will process, prepare, and deliver orders, organize teams for large catering events, and manage existing accounts to ensure ongoing repeat business. Working closely with café teams and the Regional Catering Sales Manager, you will create targeted game plans to increase catering sales through strategic planning, cold calling, and effective closing techniques.
