About the Role

Our Panera Bread cafes are upscale, friendly environments featuring artisan baked breads, made-to-order soups, salads, and sandwiches, as well as specialty espresso beverages. We pride ourselves on a grease and alcohol-free environment with no fryers and no late nights. As a Catering Lead, you will be part of something special, connecting with amazing customers, impacting our growing business, and serving local communities across the country.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop skills in catering and sales, preparing for a potential career path within the industry. You will process, prepare, and deliver orders to clients, assist in organizing teams for large catering events, and manage existing accounts to ensure ongoing repeat sales. Working closely with café teams and the Regional Catering Sales Manager, you will uncover and pursue additional business, creating targeted game plans that involve strategic planning, cold calling, and effective closing techniques. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer service by following up promptly on all calls and requests.
