About the Role

Our Panera Bread cafes are upscale, friendly environments featuring artisan baked goods, made-to-order soups, salads, and sandwiches, alongside specialty espresso beverages. We pride ourselves on a grease and alcohol-free environment with no fryers and no late nights. As a Catering Lead, you will be part of something special, connecting with amazing customers and serving local communities across the country.

This role is designed for those who are passionate about the industry, inspiring others, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will have the opportunity to develop skills in catering and sales, preparing for a potential career path within Panera's growing business. You will process, prepare, and deliver orders, organize teams for large catering events, and manage existing accounts to ensure ongoing repeat sales. Working closely with café teams and the Regional Catering Sales Manager, you will uncover new business opportunities, create targeted sales plans, and utilize strategic planning and communication skills to drive growth.
