About the Role

This position serves as a vital bridge between product strategy and daily operations, focusing on partnering with Product Leaders to drive product development, lifecycle management, and portfolio strategy. The role exists to ensure robust inventory flow management and strategic global sourcing while optimizing profit and customer penetration.

In this capacity, you will work closely with sales teams to suggest inventory availability and propose product alternates. A key part of your day involves communicating critical product details—such as pricing, sizes, and new arrivals—to all associates. Success in this role requires a hands-on, SKU-by-SKU approach, demanding a deep obsession with reasoning and quantification. You will be expected to analyze complex data quickly, execute decisions with robust justification, and navigate collaborative processes with humility and self-awareness.
