About the Program

The CSpring Catalyst Fellowship Program is a selective, one-year, performance-based postgraduate fellowship designed for ambitious graduates pursuing careers in technology sales, recruiting, marketing, and business development. This is not a traditional entry-level role or classroom-style training program.

As a Catalyst Fellow, you will gain hands-on experience supporting real business growth initiatives within a technology consulting and data analytics firm. You will work directly with CSpring leadership, receiving mentorship and coaching while earning increasing responsibility through demonstrated performance, initiative, and growth.

The Role

Fellows develop the communication, leadership, and business skills needed to succeed in high-performance, revenue-generating careers. The experience focuses on building relationships with prospective clients and candidates, assisting with lead generation, and participating in networking and marketing activities. You will collaborate with experienced business and consulting professionals to learn modern CRM, recruiting, and sales engagement tools.

The Fellowship is designed to accelerate professional growth and prepare participants for long-term success in technology business roles. Top-performing Fellows may be considered for long-term career opportunities within CSpring following the completion of the program.
