The Team Member serves as the face of the restaurant, dedicated to providing exceptional guest service. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators, working closely with Restaurant Managers and fellow Team Members to maintain high operational standards and procedures. The role involves direct interactions with guests and members of the field operations team, ensuring a welcoming environment from the moment a guest enters.
Candidates must be at least 17 years of age and possess reliable transportation to ensure prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
