About the Role
This position is the heartbeat of our store, serving as the primary point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for providing quick, accurate, and courteous service while ringing up and bagging sales items. Beyond the register, you will learn all aspects of store operations, from stocking and merchandising to taking inventory and maintaining a pristine store appearance.
In this role, you will develop meaningful customer relationships and help resolve any service or sales issues that arise. You will work in coordination with the store manager to help the team meet its goals, ensuring that the store's philosophy shines through in every transaction. The role requires flexibility to adapt to the changing demands of a convenience store environment, balancing high levels of standing and walking with the ability to multi-task effectively.
