About the Role
As a Cashier (Customer Service Associate), you serve as the first and final interaction for Floor & Decor's customers. Your mission is to provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, managing checkouts, handling product returns, and performing essential cash office functions. You are the face of the store, responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every visitor.
We are looking for individuals who are friendly, enthusiastic, and hard-working. As an entrepreneur at heart, you will be honest and accountable, connecting with customers to ask about their projects, recommending products, and exciting them about their purchases. You will demonstrate compliance with safety processes and work in a manner consistent with the company's core values.
Working Environment
While performing your duties, you will occasionally be exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate. The role involves medium work, requiring the ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects weighing between 10 and 50 pounds. You will often use your hands and fingers to handle items and may be required to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.

Regular Store Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pickup Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
