About the Role

As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will be the face of our online grocery service, ensuring customers receive the highest quality products with efficiency and care. Your day-to-day involves selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders, paying close attention to freshness and quality standards. You will assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and scan and bag items while following strict bagging standards.

When customers arrive for pickup, you will deliver and load their orders into their cars, acting as the final link in their shopping journey. You will communicate any substitutions or exceptions directly to customers via a portable phone, ensuring a professional and timely response. Your goal is to provide a positive customer service experience that makes customers want to return to online shopping, meeting or exceeding expectations for ease of shopping, variety, and cleanliness.

You will work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner. You are expected to demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety in every interaction.
