Since 1958, United Counseling Service (UCS) has been dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals and families in our community. As a proud affiliate of Vermont Care Partners—a statewide network of 16 non-profit community-based agencies—we deliver comprehensive mental health, substance use, and intellectual and developmental services across Vermont. Our team includes professionals from various fields working across 17 facilities throughout Bennington County.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide case management, service coordination, and supportive counseling for assigned clients
- check_circleSupport daily living skills including shopping, budgeting, and housing needs
- check_circleConduct outreach to identify and engage community clients in need of services
- check_circleCoordinate communication among all parties involved in client care and planning
- check_circleComplete clinical and administrative documentation within specified timeframes
- check_circleAssist clients in obtaining income support and entitlements
- check_circleMaintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations
Requirements
- verifiedPreferred Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field
- verifiedEquivalent experience of 1-3 years
- verifiedValid Driver's License
- verifiedComputer skills: Typing and navigating, Email usage
