CAS Accounting Manager - Agriculture

About the Role

The Ag CAS Accounting Manager serves as a leader within our Agricultural Client Accounting Services (CAS) department, managing engagement responsibilities for A-level clients. This role is designed for an ambitious, detail-oriented professional with a passion for client service and an entrepreneurial spirit. You will work directly with high-level client contacts in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, gaining exposure to a variety of industries and business sizes.

In this position, you will take ownership of internal firm initiatives and help leadership develop and implement best practices to leverage across our client base. The role offers the opportunity to work across multiple Adams Brown lines of service, expanding your professional knowledge while ensuring the quality and consistency of our Ag CAS department's work. You will be responsible for building seamless processes for new client setups and maintaining them to ensure a complete product for our professional staff.

Work Environment & Culture

Adams Brown promotes a flexible work environment with a deep commitment to technology and modern work arrangements. While a 40-hour work week is typically expected year-round, there are occasions for extended hours and weekends, particularly during tax season. Our offices operate from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday during tax season, closing at noon on Fridays outside of tax season. We are closed on major holidays and offer a culture of growth, clarity, and respect.
