Getting Started

To start your role, candidates must be 18 or older and pass a background check. A key requirement is having a friend or family member who is enrolled or eligible for the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS). We fully support new hires through the necessary steps, including free Direct Support Worker (DSW) training and guidance on obtaining valid CPR and First Aid certification if you do not already have it.

Your Impact

In this role, you will provide safe, compassionate support to a loved one in their home. Your duties include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping. You will also stay connected with our care team for ongoing support and resources, ensuring you are never alone in your mission to make a real difference in someone's life.
