Getting Started

To start your role as a Direct Support Worker (DSW), candidates must be 18 or older and pass a background check. We provide full support to complete the necessary DSW training at no cost. Additionally, while a valid CPR and First Aid certification is required, we can guide you through the process if you do not already have it. The primary requirement is having a friend or family member who is enrolled or eligible for the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS).
