Stand Out Home Care is currently hiring compassionate and reliable individuals across Arizona to provide in-home care to friends or family members who qualify for long-term care services. Getting Started

We make the transition easy by providing full support for the necessary steps to become a Direct Support Worker (DSW). We offer free DSW training and can guide you through obtaining valid CPR and First Aid certification if you don't already have it. Once you are 18 or older, pass a background check, and have a friend or family member enrolled (or eligible) in the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS), you are ready to start.

Your Day-to-Day

As a caregiver, you will provide safe, compassionate support directly in the home of your loved one. Your daily activities will include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping. You will also stay connected with our care team to ensure you have ongoing support and access to valuable resources throughout your tenure.
