Getting Started

To start your role, candidates must be 18 or older and pass a background check. A key requirement is having a friend or family member enrolled in, or eligible for, the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS). We fully support new caregivers by providing free Direct Support Worker (DSW) training and guiding you through obtaining the necessary CPR and First Aid certifications if you do not already have them.

Your Impact

In this role, you will provide safe, compassionate support to a loved one in their home. Your duties include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping. You will also stay connected with our care team for ongoing support and resources, ensuring you are never alone in your caregiving journey.
