About the Role
As part of our caregiving team, you will help create a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for our residents. In this position, you will work directly with the owner on both resident care and household operations.
We are seeking caregivers who are reliable, dependable, and compassionate. You should be patient, respectful, and positive, with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be attentive to both the emotional and physical needs of our residents and interested in growing professionally while taking on leadership responsibilities.
